Here at Michael A Hunt DDS Family Dentistry, we love meeting new patients. Part of easing your concerns is explaining what you can expect from our practice. When you are new to our office, we put in the effort to provide you with a positive and comforting experience. Once you have been with us for a while, you can continue to expect the highest level of service.

We focus on providing quality dental care, excellent customer service, and a relaxing environment to maintain a lasting patient relationship. We consider your first visit the start of a long‑term relationship with you.

Your Initial Dental Consultation

During your initial appointment, our dental team will evaluate your oral health and discuss any symptoms, concerns, or treatment goals you may have. Dr. Michael A. Hunt will explain the findings, answer your questions, and recommend a treatment plan based on your individual needs.

What to Bring to Your Consultation

Please bring the following information with you:

  • Your referral slip and X‑rays (if applicable)

  • A list of any medications you are taking

  • Any known allergies or medical conditions

  • Medical or dental insurance to be filed

Patient Forms - Complete Online

At Michael A Hunt DDS Family Dentistry, we offer patient forms online so you can complete them in the convenience of your own home or office. Fax us your printed and completed forms or you may bring them during your visit.
